“I attended a first aid course with Hakan Akkoc. His presentation style was very pleasant and easy to understand, and the information was consistently helpful. I particularly appreciated how well he addressed questions and specific situations related to the school setting.”

“Only 3 stars. You arrive at the building where the course is supposed to be, but there's no sign anywhere, for example, "First Aid Course 3rd Floor at Ocean Drive/Rescue Heroes." Unfortunately, there are no signs; you have to search for it yourself until someone approaches you or you find someone who can help you. Furthermore, you have to do exercises that you might find uncomfortable. When booking a week in advance, we were told that the problem was known and that they would take it into consideration. You could see that some course participants were uncomfortable, but the instructor, Hakan, didn't seem to think anything of it. A shame.”
